Flood Recovery Assistance | Red Cross in San Saba to Do Intake for Those Affected by Recent Floods

The Red Cross will be in San Saba to do intake for those affected by the floods. They are stationed at St. Mary’s Catholic Church from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. this Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Some of the services they may provide include financial assistance, medical assistance, mental health counseling.

FEMA/Disaster Recovery Center Now Open in San Saba

The Disaster Recovery Center (DRC), hosted by FEMA, is open and located at the San Saba Civic Center located at 1190 S. Thomas Stewart Road, housed within Mill Pond Park. Hours are 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Weekdays and 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Weekends.
