San Saba River Level Update

Due to debris resulting from the recent river flooding, the lower part of the San Saba River Nature Park will remain closed until further notice. The upper part of the park is open for those wanting to use the walking trails. All of Risien Park will remain closed until further notice due to debris and damage from the flood waters. We thank you in advance for your understanding and patience as we take steps to clear debris and reopen those sections of our park system affected by the recent river flooding.

The 88th Annual San Saba Pro Rodeo Days are Friday, August 21st, and Saturday, August 22nd. Gates open at 6:00 p.m. Rodeo starts at 8:00 p.m.
The Annual Pro Rodeo Parade is this morning beginning at 10:00 a.m. For more information, contact San Saba Rodeo and Livestock Association at 325-372-8887 or 325-372-7072.
City Hall and the Sanitation Transfer Site & Recycling Center will be closed today in observance of the Labor Day Holiday.
