City Alerts

According to City Ordinance it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to have, keep, store, sell, offer for sale, possess for the purpose of sale, give away, use, transport or manufacture, within the corporate limits of the city, combustible fireworks of any kind. In addition, it shall be unlawful for any person to ignite, explode, set off or discharge within the corporate limits of the city any combustible fireworks of any kind or character.
